I have good news for animators - Stephen Gregory started with good idea - Free Animation Tutoring. He worked at Pixar Animation Studio for twelve years !! Click on image ;).

In first assignment we have to animate happy rectangle but without squash and stretch, without bends etc. We have to pick one end of the rectangle and use that end to lead the action and then demonstrate the principles of timing, anticipation, arcs, overlap, follow through, etc.

Here is my first blocking pass.
